Rapper T.I and Ebenezer Baptist Church are planning a three-day conference at the historic church in Atlanta to address mass incarcerations, according to NYTimes.

    What We Know:

    • Rapper T.I is supporting Martin Luther King Jr.’s baptist church with helping communities fight the rise of the prison industrial complex in the United States, NYTimes said.
    • People of color are, in fact, proven to be treated unfairly and imprisoned because of the color of their skin.
    • The conference to end mass incarceration will run Monday through Wednesday at the church.
    • Ebenezer said, “T.I will be participating in helping to bail out of jail dozens of poor and working-class citizens in the Atlanta area.”

Innocent incarcerated people of color can have a second chance at life, thank you.
