Omarosa Manigault Newman will be Cohen’s advisor to imprison the president, according to The Grio.
What We Know:
- Cohen is serving a three-year federal prison sentence for fraud and campaign violations. Omarosa visited Cohen this summer with the pair connecting over their hatred for Trump. Cohen has denied this according to the Hill.
- Omarosa was dragged out of the White House after she refused orders to leave. The president filed a complaint that she broke confidentiality when she published her book Unhinged. She accused Trump of being a “racist” and using the N-word. She also said Trump ate a piece of paper after talking with Michael Cohen. In the book, she claims to have recorded audio tapes as proof.
- Her attorney stated, “We are in the process of naming and interviewing witnesses in her cases and would expect Michael Cohen to be one.”
When Omarosa was asked about her prison visit she replied “no comment.”
