    • A 3,000 person survey asked participants to rank the cleanliness of fast-food restaurants. About 55 percent stated they have visited the restaurant in the past six months.
    • In-N-Out and Starbucks received second and third place respectively, with Panera Bread, Culver’s, Chipotle, Whataburger and Five Guys going behind.
    • Less than 10 percent of people cited McDonald’s, Burger King, or Subway as having the cleanest fast food business.
    • QSR magazine stated that Chick-fil-A had the slowest drive-thru service. It’s reported that on average wait times were five minutes and 23 seconds. 40 seconds slower than McDonald’s which had the second.

Khalilah Cooper, Director of Service for Chick-fil-A stated how the company is researching new ways to streamline their service to improve drive-thru times.
