    We’re only a few days into 2020, and the awards season has begun in Hollywood with the 77th Golden Globes.

    What We Know:

    • From a teary-eyed Tom Hanks acceptance speech, to a Ellen DeGeneres tribute, the Golden Globes, hosted by Ricky Gervais, highlighted the best in film and television for 2019. The winners of the 77th annual Golden Globe Awards were revealed during a live telecast on Jan. 5. There were 14 film categories and 11 for TV.
