Singer and rapper Lizzo volunteered at an Australian food bank during her tour of the country amid devastating wildfires that have killed at least 25 people, according to The Hill.

    What We Know:

    • Instead of taking the stage and leaving, singer Lizzo took the time to help out a local food bank in Australia while the country is experiencing one of its most devastating wildfire seasons to date.
    • Foodbank Victoria shared photos of the “Good as Hell” singer visiting its Melbourne location on Facebook.
    • The multiple Grammy nominee, who preformed at the Sydney Opera House earlier in the week, volunteered as Australians are urgently in need of food because of the ongoing wildfires crisis. Foodbank Australia touted her appearances to appeal to the public for donations and assistance, according to The Hill.
    • With roads in the area cut off, many Victorian families are isolated without food, water, electricity, or communication.

Numerous celebrities and entertainers have pledged to donate and assist towards relief programs and efforts in Australia.
