Before Nipsey Hussle’s death last March, he was working on a similar documentary about Dr. Sebi’s New York trial.

    What We Know:

    • After Hussle was murdered, Nick Cannon promised to finish the documentary about the life of Dr. Sebi, a Honduran herbalist who gained notoriety for treating people with chronic diseases.
    • A day after the one year anniversary of Nipsey Hussle’s death, Nick Cannon dropped the trailer for his highly-anticipated documentary Strong Enemies: The Untold Case of Dr. Sebi.
    • The documentary is based on Dr. Sebi’s trial in 1987. The New York State Attorney General charged Sebi with two counts of practicing medicine without a license after he placed ads in local newspapers claiming to be able to cure chronic conditions.

There is no official release date yet for the documentary.
