Lizzo shared a special clip on TikTok for the “fat shamers” as she opened up about her workout regime.

    What We Know:

    • The “Truth Hurts” hitmaker has become popular on the video-sharing platform for her unapologetic clips showing off her curves, and on Tuesday (June 9, 2020) she posted a clip displaying her workout regime, along with a powerful message about body image and self-love.
    • Speaking in the clip, the “Juice” singer said: “So I’ve been working out consistently for the last five years. And it may come as a surprise to y’all that I’m not working out to have your ideal body type.

“So next time you wanna come to somebody and judge them, whether they drink kale smoothies or eat McDonald’s or workout or not workout, how about you look at your own f—king self and worry about your goddamn body,” the 32-year-old Grammy winner continued.”

    • “Health is not just determined on what you look like on the outside,” the “Truth Hurts” artist said. “Health is also about what happens on the inside. And a lot of y’all need to do a f—king for your insides. Namaste, have a great day.”
    • The 32-year-old singer recently took to Instagram to thank fans who frequently mention her in comments on posts featuring curvier ladies, insisting: “To the people who be putting my name in the comments, THANK YOU…(If people think of me) every time (they) see a big girl on this app loving on herself, (then I’m) out here doing what (I’m) supposed to be doing.”

Lizzo has long been vocal about body positivity. Earlier this week, she posted another TikTok calling out people who use her name as an insult in association with “big” women, asserting it is actually a compliment.
