*Deiondra Sanders, the daughter of Deion Sanders, will soon be a first-time mother,” as she announced her pregnancy via Instagram on Friday (03-08-24). Sanders is expecting her first-ever baby with R&B singer, Jacquees. Also in preggers mode is model/fashion designer/reality TV star Draya Michele.
The news is especially joyful for Sanders as she was told for years by doctors that she would probably never be able to conceive and/or carry a pregnancy to full term.
“I never thought I’d be here but here we are,” she elatedly stated on her Instagram. “I know a lot has transpired over the last month but what hasn’t happened is me being able to tell my own truth myself! So here it is. Even though this was not planned nor expected, this is still something God allowed to happen. I’m not having my baby to keep a man. I am having my baby for all the times I was told I wouldn’t be able to.”
“I’m having my baby for the 4 myomectomy surgeries I have had. I am having my baby for all the years I stayed on birth control even though it gave me breast tumors. I’m having my baby for all the Doctors that told me I wouldn’t make it out the first trimester. I’m having a baby for the 7 current fibroids that surround my uterus to this day. I’m having a baby for all the high-risk moms that were scared every day thinking they would miscarry. No matter what Doctor’s say, GOD HAS THE FINAL SAY!”
Jacquees supported the soon-to-be-mom within the comment section, writing, “I love you and I got you. BLESSINGS OTW?? THANK YOU JESUSSSS.”
Also spreading baby news is Draya Michele, the 39-year-old mother of two, who took to social media to announce she’s 28 weeks pregnant with her third child — a baby girl!
“We are overjoyed to share our love for you, little girl. I’m am excited to speak words to the daughter I never thought I’d have,” she wrote in the lengthy post.
While she didn’t name the baby’s father in her post, Draya has been openly dating 22-year-old NBA player Jalen Green for the past year. Pregnancy rumors began to swirl a few months ago after the two were spotted out and about with Draya’s baby bump on full display.
It’s noteworthy that Draya Michele is already a mother to 22-year-old son Kniko Howard as well as 7-year-old Jru Scandrick. Yes, it’s not lost on us that Jalen and Draya’s oldest son are the same age.
