*Flavor Flav gifted singer Billie Eilish a personalized clock chain on Oscars night, claiming the move wasn’t a PR stunt.
In the clip above, Flav explains to TMZ that he wanted to honor her music career, so “he surprised her with a personalized Rock N Stones clock after the 22-year-old became the youngest 2x Oscar winner … courtesy of her “Barbie” track, “What Was I Made For?” winning Best Original Song,” the outlet writes.
Additionally, the Public Enemy rapper reportedly gave Taylor Swift a customized clock chain because he’s a massive fan of the pop star.
The rapper caught up with Swift at the Grammys this year and later told the Los Angeles Times that he finally “got to get some Taylor time” at the awards show. The hip-hop star attended the singer’s Eras Tour show last year, PEOPLE reports.

“The discussion [at the event] was about me congratulating her on all her success. And me being a big fan of hers, a big supporter of hers,” Flav told the Times about his conversation with Swift.
“Having her acknowledge that her fan base ‘Swifties’ gave me a name, ‘King Swiftie,’” he added.
“I said, ‘You know they call me King Swiftie?’ She said, ‘I know!’” recalled the rapper. “Yo, when I heard her say that, that was huge for me.”
Earlier this year, Flava Flav proclaimed he was “King Swiftie.”
“Yes, I am a Swiftie,” Flavor Flav said during an interview within a new interview with HOT 97’s Ebro in the Morning. “Not only that, but I got a new name now: ‘King Swiftie.’ ”
