*Sexyy Red hit up social media to brag about being detained in Mexico over the weekend while trying to enter the country.
“We’ve been stuck at the border all day. I had too much bands on me, they couldn’t handle that shit,” Sexyy explained to fans via her Instagram Stories on Sunday, Complex reports.
“Too much jewelry on me, they couldn’t handle that shit. Had a fur coat on, they wasn’t fucking with your girl. They told me I look like Griselda Blanco,” she continued.
“Y’all hoes can’t say y’all went to Mexico and had to get stopped at the border ’cause y’all had them fucking racks on y’all, ’cause I had jewelry on y’all. Y’all hoes can’t say that,” the hip-hop star added. “Too many buckers. Where my fingers at?”
The raunchy rapper traveled to Mexico for a show and thanked fans who stayed late to see her perform.

“Y’all was lit up, on god,” she said, per HipHopDX. “Took us hella hours at the border, they still waited on me. It’s 3 o’clock. They just now leaving the club, period. They fuck with a real bitch, and I fuck with them for fucking with me.”
Social media users responded to her Griselda Blanco comparisons, with one X/Twitter user writing, “Don’t disrespect blanco.”
Another person commented, “She really weak to me cuz girl they treat everyone like that at the border lol she think it’s cuz her money lol.”
