Angel Reese is on the move. The Chicago Sky have traded the two-time WNBA All-Star to the Atlanta Dream in exchange for first-round picks in 2027 and 2028, along with a 2028 second-round pick swap. The deal marks a significant shift for both franchises, with Atlanta adding one of the league’s most productive young players and Chicago turning toward future assets.
According to ESPN, Reese’s departure closes a brief but impactful chapter in Chicago. Selected No. 7 overall in the 2024 WNBA Draft, she quickly became a central figure for the Sky, producing at a high level from the start.
