“Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Apollo Nida is back behind bars. What We Know:  Just a couple of days after his June 5 prison release, Nida was picked up by US Marshals Service Thursday. A US Marshals Service representative stated “…I wouldn’t say it was an arrest because it’s not a new charge. Governor Mike Dewine of Ohio announced last week that he plans to increase state oversight of Cuyahoga County jail amid accusations of violence and abuse. Kellen Winslow, a former first-round NFL pick, was convicted of raping a 58-year-old homeless woman Monday. What We Know:  The incident occurred in the beach community of Encinitas, which is north of San Diego.
